Using the SmartPillow, you can analyze your sleeping habits in order to find the optimum sleeping schedule. Learn how seemingly small things can make or break a good nights sleep. The SmartPillow will help you recharge your batteries, ensuring you will be ready for a productive and efficient day at work

Features

• Sleep Tracking: Learn how YOU sleep, in order to maximize the variables that contribute to a good rest.
• Sleep Quality Rating: Compare your sleep to an ideal nights rest, and get advice on how you can improve your sleep.

The data is sent back to the website for visulations.

Architecture

Sleep Cycle analysis

• 5 stages of sleep
• Once you reach phase 5, decreases to 1, and should never reach 5 again.
  • Repeat for stage 4, 3, 2
• Stage 0 represents being awake

Sleep Rating

• Compares the gathered sleep signal with the ideal data signal using normalized cross correlation
• Gives a value between -1 and 1
• We use 0 to 1, and rate it out of 10
